The location of the hotel is perfect, as it is close to the main attractions and within walking distance to all the key touristic sites. The rooms are clean and up to date, with comfortable beds and pillows. Complimentary water is provided, and there is a small fridge with snacks available for purchase. The staff, especially Manuel, is polite and extremely helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay for guests.

Some guests mentioned that the breakfast options were not always fresh, which could be improved.

Had a nice Easter trip to Rome. Really loved the spacious and clean room, especially the big bathroom. The location was also great - close to many attractions and restaurants. Another advantage was having a continental breakfast and complimentary water bottles.

Secondly, the service provided by the staff was exceptional. They were friendly and helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. Lastly, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities we needed. The minimal breakfast provided may not have been extravagant, but it gave us a good start to the day.

The hotel was very clean and had all the facilities I needed. The breakfast provided a great selection of food, including salmon, cereal, croissants, coffee, and toast. The staff members were helpful and accommodating, and they even organized transportation for me to and from a wedding outside the city. I was impressed with the cleanliness, hotel facilities, breakfast, and the staff's excellent service.
